Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect,

The quickest way to get a different item is to return the original product and place a new order once your return is approved.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

Items must still meet return eligibility conditions (unused, with tags, original packaging, and proof of purchase).

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you if your refund is approved.
